At Waxx’d Florals, we take pride in handcrafting each product with care and attention to detail. As our items are handmade and often custom-designed, refunds and returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon pickup or delivery, or if the quality is deemed below standard by our team.

If you believe your item qualifies for a refund or return, you must follow our refund request procedure:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Waxxdflorals@gmail.com.

2. Provide clear photographs of the product, including any visible damage or quality concerns.

3. Communicate directly with our team, who will review your claim and determine eligibility for a refund, replacement, or return.

Refunds or returns will only be approved after review and confirmation by the Waxx’d Florals team.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, minor variations, or delays outside of our control.
