At Waxx’d Florals, we take pride in handcrafting each product with care and attention to detail. As our items are handmade and often custom-designed, refunds and returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon pickup or delivery, or if the quality is deemed below standard by our team.
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund or return, you must follow our refund request procedure:

Refunds or returns will only be approved after review and confirmation by the Waxx’d Florals team.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, minor variations, or delays outside of our control.
