Welcome to Waxx’d Florals. By accessing or purchasing from our website, social media, or in person, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Waxx’d Florals is a small business that creates products that are moulded and arranged by hand. Each item is made with care and may vary slightly in colour, scent, or appearance. These variations are natural and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or cancelled unless approved by our team. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer local delivery within a 100km radius of our home base, as well as pickup options. Delivery times may vary depending on demand and distance. Waxx’d Florals is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Refunds

Refunds and returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon pickup or delivery, or deemed below standard by our team.
To request a refund or return, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item at Waxxdflorals@gmail.com

  • Provide clear photos of the product and issue

  • Work with our team during the review process

All refund or return decisions are made at the discretion of Waxx’d Florals.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, minor variations, or delays outside of our control.

5. Product Use & Safety

Our products are made for decorative and/or fragrance use only. Keep all candles, dried flowers, and packaging materials away from flames, heat sources, pets, and children. Waxx’d Florals is not responsible for any misuse of products after purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, including images, product designs, descriptions, branding, and logos created by Waxx’d Florals, are the intellectual property of Waxx’d Florals and are protected by copyright law. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission from our team.

Some website content, design elements, or functionality are provided by Shopify and remain the property of Shopify or their licensors. Waxx’d Florals does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property used under license or platform agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Waxx’d Florals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
