General Safety

• Always remove all packaging, paper, decorations, and any non-wax materials from your candle or bouquet before lighting or melting.
  
• Never ignite non-wax components such as dried flowers, ribbons, or decorative elements.
  
• Keep candles and wax bouquets away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects.
  
• Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Signature Jar Candle Rules

• Blow out the candle before placing the lid back on.
  
• Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
  
• Allow the wax flower to melt in a tea light burner or safe heat resistant plate
  
• Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
  
• Keep the bamboo lid away from flames and heat.
  

Wax Bouquet Usage Notice

• Wax bouquets are designed primarily for decorative purposes.
  
• If you choose to melt individual flowers, do so responsibly using a tea light burner or candle-safe dish.

• Ensure all melted wax is contained safely.
  

Product Information & Care

• Handcrafted Quality: Each bouquet or signature jar is individually moulded and hand-arranged, resulting in natural variations in colour, shape, and size that make every piece unique.
  
• Production Time: All items are made to order. Please allow a minimum of 2 days for creation. Larger or custom orders may require additional time.
  
• Scent & Longevity: Fragrance strength and duration may vary depending on room temperature and airflow. Bouquets offer a minimum of 10 days of scent freshness under normal indoor conditions.
  
• Temperature Advisory: Keep all wax products away from direct sunlight, heaters, and hot surfaces to prevent softening, melting, or scent fading.
  
• Care Instructions: Display in a cool, shaded indoor area to preserve shape, colour, and fragrance.

• Wax bouquets and signature jars are sensitive to heat and transit conditions; therefore, postal shipping is not available at this time.
